Sorry, I have... different ideas of what is appropriate for children than other people do. Montreal is... different in ways that I probably should not elabourate on here.

It honest to ghod didn't cross my mind that this was any worse than fallen arches and support insoles in shoes. Basic anatomy as it relates exclusively to back pain and other daily irritations did not seem even close to the line of inappropriate to me.

Are Dream Beauty Threads where we talk about adult topics? Adult, in this case, being harsh, crushing reality?

I believe that you only need to be 15 to have an account? Most should be aware, in my personal opinion, but we still like to keep it light and pg in general. My daughter knows more than I knew for a long time. The mlptp is happy and lighthearted, though, and it's rather nice to have such a place exist.

Yeah, I'm either incredibly child unfriendly or I expect kids to be more savvy. In both cases I've probably warped a few young minds. But that's a good thing! LET THEM LEARN! Nyahahahaha!

The Dream Beauty Lounge is where we discuss adultish stuff or just things we wanna keep from the public eye. The Lounge is hidden from public view, so we can discuss more private things that we don't just any Joe Schmoe reading.

You remind me so much of my brother. You should have seen the look he gave my, then 2 year old daughter, when my mom told him to "be nice or else". He's still not child friendly, but now he gives her his video games when he's done with them, and he'll talk about minecraft since he's an alpha tester.

I'd rather stay my certified crazy self than be what is considered "normal".
 
whoo hoo yep :) just caught that we are all scored-up... oh my, seriously I don't think my kids would know what a phonebooth was outside of Dr. Who (maybe Bill and Ted ... yeah I parent way outside the funnel count me I love artists/austists) so I hope we don't have to find a booth or I will have to get busy with cardboard boxes ;-)

will just wait and see
