Strawberry Shortcake Price Check?

I have this flat-hand Strawberry Shortcake- American Greetings from 1979.
She has her clothes, hat and shoes. The dress does show signs of age, its not as white as it should be. I see no marks on her at all.

Can someone give me a rough idea of how much she's worth? The prices I’m finding is all over the place. I know nothing about Strawberry Shortcake.

I've seen dolls in similar condition go for $75 in local antique/vintage stores.

I think that's an inflated retail price to be honest. Looking through eBay, a similar doll is going for $40 but she's from 1982...

Usually antique shops are overpriced too.

I am thinking around $30, based on what Im seeing on Mercari.
