Stickers for YR4 Play Sets?

In Year Four did the Paradise Estate, Lullabye Nursery, Megan's Place, or the Baby Sleepy Pie & the Pony Purse come with stickers? If any of them did, were they flat or puffy?

I have a check list that says the Baby Bonnet School of Dance had a flat Baby Half-Note sticker and the Baby Buggy had a puffy Baby Cuddles & Buggy sticker (with later versions coming with flat stickers). This is correct?

Photos are probably from Lady Twilight's website (can't remember hehe). I'm not sure what years the stickers were released.

Baby Buggy - 1 flat sticker of Baby Cuddles

And there are 2 versions of the puffy sticker: one with a blue trim and the other with white.

Baby Bonnet School of Dance - 1 flat sticker of Baby Half Note, and in UK/Europe only there was a puffy version

Baby Sleepy Pie's purse - 1 flat, no puffy

Lullabye Nursery - 1 puffy and 1 flat. Maybe the flat came with the second release?

Paradise Estate and Megan's Place, no stickers that I know of.

I have a complete Megan's Place that included Sundance and Megan, with box which lists out all the accessories. There was no sticker included with that set. Same with Paradise Estate.
