I'm going through a strange time in my life, at present & am finding great 'comfort' from my MLP collection & just being around the MLP boards.
I'm looking for someone to do some artwork for me, as I have a visual image in my head, but I'm useless at drawing.
I want the picture to convey the message that:-
taking the easy way is not always the best way.
As I see it, it's an aerial view of a clearing in a wood where there's a choice of 2 paths.
One path looks easy - nice & wide & welcoming - but from the aerial view you can see that it just meanders on & doesn't get anywhere.
The other path is much less appealing, as seen from the ground; but from the air you can see that within a few steps, you'd arrive at .... where? the end of the rainbow? .. somewhere beautiful, anyway.
I'm not looking for a realistic piece, more a 'fairy book' feel to it.
I'd be willing to trade (G1s, G2s or G3s) for artwork, but really don't know how to take this idea any further - or what it would cost.
I know we have some very talented artists in this group, so thought I'd ask here to see if anyone could help.
Thanks for reading this,
