The risers were sold seperately. I had 10 of them which I purchased from a member here, then my mom had to search for the others. She finally found them in a store here but they apparently were pricey. I thought other members here had found them quite cheap but my mom couldn't find them for any less. All in all it was a wonderful gift from mom and hubby.
 
They sell those steps with the black rubber from wal mart for 10 dollars each and bed bath and beyond sells an all plastic version for 10 or 11 each.

Thanks drusilla, my mom says that is where she found them, bed and bath, but they were $18.00 each, walmart here apparently doesn't carry them, I wonder why.
 
I got mine online from bed bath and beyond, so i am not sure if the price was different. The ones from there are nice because they are all white plastic but they are more narrow.

When i was at wal mart it took me forever to find them, they had them in the same section as the salt and pepper shackers and frying pans. The wal mart ones are wider and fit the ponys better, i just find the rubber part holds the dust more.

Those are so beautiful! and they really do bring out the ponies nicely. everything is neat and clean, and the best part.... dust free!!! awesome totally awesome. I think I might get me one. I dont like dust very much. lol.
 
OMG!!!! Wow your collection looks amazing! It's like a pony art gallery! They look amazing and I see sooooo many I would love to add to my herd one day!! You did an amazing job setting all of them up! Wow I want at least one of those beautiful showcases for my herd! Your collection just looks so awesome!! O.O Oh wow those are wonderful display cases. They look fantastic in that. Where did you get the little step shelf things that you put inside the cases?

Up here in Canada we had a hard time finding them, I finally found them at a store previously named bed and bath. I believe in the US it is called bed bath and more, and a few have found them at Walmart down there. They work well, I prefer the plain white ones but those ones I had purchase off a member here a few years ago, here I could only get the white ones with the gray rubber on them. :)

Thanks everyone for checking them out and letting me know what you think. :) I still don't have enough room to put the G2's in or the G3's that we are keeping, so for now they will remain on the old pony shelf. I think I will need a bigger basement if I were to get anymore cabinets. My mom was so awesome for getting them for me and Heidi, and my hubby was so patient picking them up, putting them together and then installing the lights. The rest of our families have not seen them, they are going to thing I am crazy. I have always tried to hide the collection when they have come around because they just don't get it at all. I dread the day my mother in law goes down stairs.:uhoh: At least I can share here and know that my joy is being shared and understood. :)

I think your collection looks great the way it is! You have a fantastic way to display them. I would love to sit on your couches and stare at them. :D I also like how you have the plushies on top.
 
They're really lovely DB!! I would love to have something like that someday. They show off your collection really well. :3
