So, I was wondering, does anyone know how many of these chicken pinkie pies were actually sold? Were they a bomb or did people like them? Could anyone tell?
 
I wish they would do a cool side charactor like Cheese Sandwhich or even Babs seed. Just not another Pinkie with a simple costume!

There were a lot people walking around with their Pinkie Pie Chicken Bucket at the Fair, but I don't know how many actually sold. The line to buy them wasn't bad when I got in and I probably could have bought one. I wonder if they did Pinkie Pie because Andrea Libman was the guest speaker? I'm just not a Pinkie Pie fan so I passed on them. The packaging was cute, though.
 
I heard a fair staffer saying it seemed as though people were liking her more than they or the attenders expected. I had no trouble getting an extra one on Sunday, though, to have on hand case anyone wants one at some point in the future. Too much $ to have "one for display and one for play", though. She's adorably packaged, but in the end, it's still a FS Pinkie with an (absolutely fabulous imho) outfit in a KFC-style bucket. Cluck in a bucket :)
 
This is just... oh God, it's pathetic, really. I'm looking at what other toy lines are doing for SDCC exclusives (Monster High had a doll with an interchangeable genie tail and pair of legs, come on!) and we get a chicken pony in a bucket. Like what the hell? Really? A comicon exclusive is meant to push the bar and be worth the wait, the hype AND the money! This is a sorry excuse for brony bait.

And I bet any and all reveals will just be the same old pose brushables with the crappiest nylon hair and unnecessary gimmicks, five million blind bag minis, those bloody Equestria Girls dolls and Funkos catering to the bronies. If I wasn't interested in the precious few new characters from the show, the Power Ponies and the two new playsets, I'd give up. *kneads temple in frustration* Lol, I sound like such a hypocrite, still giving them my money while ranting about them, but it's true. They don't even care anymore (if they care, tails wouldn't be frizzy straight out of the bloody box). Seriously.

I'm so salty right now, lol. Rant over.
 
The thing is... FiM the series has so much variety when it comes to characters. But then than doesn't translate to the general toyline at all. EqG is just a human!high school!AU for FiM and it bugs me so much that they have the cooler lines and the cooler characters. I mean for Pete's sake, they got Bon Bon doll before a brushable came out, and the only way to get Octavia was to buy both! The same goes for Gummy, who doesn't even exist in the pony line! Sapphire Shores as well!

WHY ARE YOU MAKING DOLLS YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE MAKING PONIES.
