This song parody I wrote of Tennessee Ernie Ford's "Sixteen Tons" was a big hit at the MLP Arena, so I thought I'd post it here to see what kind of response it gets here.

Some people say that Ebay is just a curse
Eatin' large holes in your wallet and purse
Sellin' and buyin', biddin' with ease
Just to win My Little Ponies

You buy sixteen ponies, what do you get?
Another day swamped in credit card debt
St. Peter don't you call me 'cause I can't go
I owe my soul to ol' Hasbro

I was born one mornin' in the month of May
Twelve years later, Mom gave 'em all away
Then came the day I was given a chance
Paid my hard-earned money for a Sundance

You buy seventeen ponies, what do you get?
Another day swamped with credit card debt

Just last year, my collection grew
I got more than I did in '82
Earthings and Pegasi and unicorns
You know they're so cute with their little horns

Watchin' them auctions takes some time

Bid wars always cause some friction
