I think it’s like a happy meal toy to that restaurant, but I was expecting some rooster toy too

I don't know much or have any of them but looking at The Online Museum for Fastfood Toys it appears that these were being given away in 2003 and 2004

gotta love the internet... yeah I got into shopkins dolls late when they had already finished so yeah not in stores for collecting, I get how time flies and oh well it's almost 20 years later ... >__<
