Sealant for Painted ponies? Pony shoes?

I spray painted a couple of ponies, and one of them is still kind of sticky. Any suggestions? Is there some kind of sealer I can use on her?

And I sprayed some shoes too, they didnt seal at all! Is there any way to paint them successfully?
