Im offering quite a bit of custom supplies, dye, and baits, to someone who can design and Make me a pony to my liking....

Im taking entries until Jan 20th, or until I have seven.
you can either PM or post your entries, I will pick a winner and two runners up who will receive a surprise pony.

What I like:

Nothing complicated - no sculpting or wings...
I know I definitely want the pony to be an abstract design, by that I mean not a specific themed, like banana split or pokemon, for example.
I like floral and plant themes, also nature...I like TAF designs too.
Id like to stay away from all pink and all white ponies, but aside from that any color is fine.

hey, wonderful! Question, what do you think would be the best way to do the design sketches....do most people post them....? I've never actually commissioned a pony so Im not sure of the best/easiest way to show ideas...
 
well i don't think people "post" them persay. i know with aikarin's contest she gave out a lineart that you colored with your design. and the last comission i got to do they provided me with a picture of what they wanted. but basically, i'd think if you showed the bait base and said which colors/patterns you want people could either PS the picture you give/said base, or find/draw their own lineart to drawn on.

any of that makes sense...i think i confused myself in the middle of this XD;

but yeah. either you can post a sketch of what you'd like or if this is a contest to see us (then entries) to design/then make it then either give us lineart to use or some general idea of what to work with/use.

I think I like the lineart idea best! The bait is a baity baby starburst. Where would be the best place to get a basic G1 baby lineart to use?...do we have coloring bases available here somewhere? :)
 
Oh my gosh, thank you so much! I'll post the line art I pick - oh, and the supplies! Im actually gathering them together now. oo this is exciting, lol

Ok so I found 2, either of which I'd like to use, but one seems too big to post here, and the other too small. ...how do I post one? :scratch:
 
you can upload it here in an album in your profile or you could upload it to photobucket or something similar, then you use the link here. press the little mountain pic where you write a message and paste the link there ^_^ sorry if i am confusing you :lol: let me know if i shall explain a little better :p

I'll help your with you design. So I'll just use that lineart and pm you my final design ? Will you show us all the designs in the end? I would love to see all the designs, but i don't think posting it here will be fair because from previous experience, it does affect everyone's work =)
