The Sunday migraine kept me from being able to concentrate on doing ANY kind of thought process or detailing on my comic roughs...
soooo...
I did something that didn't require actually having to think, just have a lot of patience and willingness for sore blistered fingertips.
I finished re-rooting the mane and tail of my one and only custom My Little Pony, Sakuranbo *yes, he's a Sakuranbo Studios themed MLP ^^;*.
Sakuranbo was started about a year ago, so his body dye has faded a lot *even with keeping him out of direct sunlight, he faded*. His symbols stayed nice and dark though and lost their shine, which is very cool by me.
Seeing as that I'm not one of the lucky people whom can afford to buy Restore Doll hair to do customs with, I used Autum Brown & Midnight Black curly hair from One & Only Creations, doll hair which is sold at any local Michaels arts and crafts store. His ribbon is from a Christmas ornament and bracelet is one of my toe rings ^^;. The bracelet is actually being used as counter weight since his mane tends to weigh him down on his right side.
Originally he was a G1 Majesty with a REALLY bad mane cut.
Soooo.. think I should try my hand at another custom eventually? I've been thinking about doing a Gaara or Rock Lee one *both from Naruto*.
