hehehe @ tennouusagi. I would use your first one as a model to get the 2nd edition going. When you fall in love with it, it normally means it one of your best. ;)v You are a tease though! Well, I'll let you know when I receive it so that you can show off your photos first.

A note to everyone who participated,
I tried my best to group everyone according to skill levels. One or two swaps out of this may be a bit of a let down for the receiver, so I've made 1 back up, a Queen Serenity that I am willing to part with and my other back up is one that I have been trying to sell and that is my little Japanese School Girl with her little glittery purple underpants. lol. But I will decide based off pictures of what everyone is receiving. I'll be comparing before shipment photos and after shipment photos in the show and tell forum under our topic. I'll start the thread on Oct 1 for everyone to showcase their works.

this custom is the bain of my existence... she just doesn't want to work very well at all and I want her to be perfect.... I am slowly going crazy...
 
I'll be right there with you PD in the nut house. They will ask, why are you here, and all we can say is pony.

I'm sure it is turning out wonderful! You've see some of the other works so far, don't stress because of who it's going to. I'm sure it will make her smile well.
 
Well I can always make another custom Mina if someone is dissapointed with the one they recieve is not to their liking.^_^ Unless I am one of the ones you worry that my partner will not like what they recieve...x_X

Either way I would be willing to make another custom for someone if they are not happy with the one they get.^-^
 
if my partner doesn't like mine I will make another one for her (or try too)...
 
Wow. My Sailor Neptune is so sloppy looking in the pics... wonder if I should redo her paint.....I hope my partner likes her :945:....

yeah know things might calm down enough by then that i join the January one!! ALso ill be in the states again by then....
 
Thank you all for offering to do that. That shows that you do stand behind your work!

DPP, to be honest, I would try to touch her up a bit. If you think she is too shiny looking, change from the gloss finish (wet look) to a satin (which has a little bit of a wet glossy look, but not as much) or you could use a matte finish which has no shine at all. Gloss is really good to use on the eyes to give them more of a real appearance you know.

DPP, you've got time, roughly about another 2 weeks before she is due out to be shipped. Just don't rush it. I think it will come out nicely with some touch ups here and there. I think the "touch up" work you are doing on her will improve her even more. If you need any more suggestions on what to do, we all can contribute and guide you on it.
 
I sorry i have been absent. I finally have moved and i'm getting settled. :) Luna, i'll email you my add soon. I'm waiting on the hair for mine, and i have to paint. so i have a weekend worth of work to do. once i get the hair. :)
 
I'll be shipping out this week as well. Things came up so I was unable to get to the post this past week. It's hard to part, but I'm hoping my partner will love her as well. ^_^v.

I am going to bake mine today... I still can't quite get it the way I want but it is the best I can do... after she is baked and a few small parts painted I will send to to get hair and she will go directly to my partner from there from there.
