Restoring Precious pocket ponies

Ooh... I've been eyeing Fishbowl for a really long time now but it's hard to find her, much less finding her with a pocket and a charm!

Now my eye is on Lil Pocket, and I'm wondering if its worth it to get a Lil pocket without a pocket and a charm and try to restore her?

Or should I just wait?
