One of the worst feelings, to come so close to finishing a deflock only for this to happen in the final stage!

can anyone help me fix my boo? Any help appreciated.

Could you touch it up with a bit of paint? It shouldn't be too hard to match. A little dab here and there and it'll look fantastic!

Finish her up and touch up with paint and she will be as good as new again.

Paint pens are difficult to use for pony touch ups as they typically have a broad tip and thus too large for a pony’s rump.
I would recommend using a very fine tipped paint brush, and multiple thin layers of paint. It takes time and patience but you will be thrilled with the outcome. With the balloon paint chips in her symbol(s) you won’t need to worry too much about details but just take your time on the balloon straps, it may take a few tries but you can easily wipe away wet paint if your not happy.

You can also use a toothpick for some of the finer detail.

I would actually recommend using cheaper paints like Craft Smart, DecoArt, and Apple Barrel for the job.

Folk art is another good paint for it
