is it ok to PM winners to ask for the address if you have donated their prize of choice?

and is it ok to PM the person who has your prize to give them your mailing info?

I asked the winner of the prize I donated for their addie to save everybody some time. I was in contact with them anyway over a trasaction we had going to I thought it made sense.

I don't see why you couldn't get the ball rolling with your prize/or win - Princess Pinkstar would probably be happy for some help it's a huge job she has organising this raffle!

I agree with PL- Anyone who has picked their prizes so far (only the ones listed on pinky's winners list so far), please somehow get in contact with your prize donator, or vice versa to get things organized to send out. Once you've sent, let pinky know that you've sent and once you've received, let her know also. This will help pinky out (so she doesn't have to sort through addys and pm people). She's been really busy and I'm sure she'll appreciate the help!

OK Slj84 is going to pick from the list as all her 4 choices were taken by the time her second choice was up.

Now next group will be getting a PM and we'll get that underway.

I notice some people have sent their a PM to their donator of the prize they have chosen. That is a totally awesome idea and would save me soooo much time, because my computer seized up last time I was on and about to send out the addy's to donators.

Obviously I have the addy's of the people who have chosen my donations and they will be sent out tomorrow. But if you have won a prize feel free to send a PM to the donator of your prize for sendout. Then PM me to say you have done so. I'll get everyone to do that from now, and will have a flick through and try to work out who has already done so, and send out addy's to donators of those who haven't.

OK..sending PM's to the next group now :bliss:
 
Money has been donated and I'm just waiting for a receipt from that.

PM's are in from the next group, Stormchaser has donated her prize to Ianthe99 as Stormchaser won 2 prizes. So i'll look forward to hearing from Ianthe with her choice and the next group will be getting a PM when that is done.
