MLPTP EVENT POSTY HAS LANDED!

I just got a random email about a package being sent out and a tracking number.
I am nervous to click the link as I am only expecting Posty and have a feeling it might be too early to expect that....

I have packed up more than 100 Posty's in the past 24 hours. o_O I am the entire Posty shipping department.


This batch will be going out in the morning, so keep an eye on your tracking numbers, everyone--if you did not receive an email, the tracking number will be logged in your Paypal account.

If your Posty is not in this batch, then she will be going out next Wednesday, when I will have access again to a larger vehicle to get to the post office. ;)
 
This is unfortunate that shipping to my country cost $20 extra. Sadly, I might have to let the one with my birthday as her ID goes.

What is the material? Is she rubberly-plastic?

I wish I could change the current postage rates, but that is outside of my control. :( If you have someone building a box for you within the US, I would be happy to mail her to that person instead.

Posty is plastic, very similar to G1 ponies in that it is a very slightly pliable hard plastic though not as pliable as G1's, and the same material all HQG1C ponies are made from. They are safety-tested and 100% non-toxic.

I am VERY glad that I have known the people at this PO forever, because they were exceedingly accommodating. :rofl:

About 100 Posty's ended up going out today, including ALL who purchased a specific limited edition number before 10/24, and as many as I was able to get to otherwise.

The rest of the 300 total Posty's will arrive to me this weekend, and I plan to have ALL pending orders (as of Tuesday 10/31) mailed on Wednesday (11/1).

Thank you for your kindness and understanding during this process, as I am currently a one-woman operation here, and I have to sleeve cards and add stickers and cards to every Posty package, then pack and ship each one by hand. I have permanent health conditions that make this a particularly monumental task, and I am doing my very best to get these ponies to you as quickly as I possibly can. <3
 
You’re amazing, Jewel, doing all this and keeping the Trading Post going. Taking into account the history of this place it really shows how much time and heart you’ve put into this place and helping keep a safe, happy place for the community. Amazing work, thank you for everything! :Flutter4:

I wish I can get a Posty at some time but at the moment I am unable to, especially when the end half of the year is busy, busy, Christmas and quite a few birthdays at the end part and start of the following year

I have a couple of questions about Posty’s availability. Since only 300 have been made, have you given yourself one or would you have been able to keep a prototype? Also, is there a Posty reserved for the annual fundraiser?

Yes, I am keeping one. I do not know of any prototypes but I will ask HQG1C if there were any that made it to them. As far as the design prototype, Posty went through many revisions in my hands before her final form came about.

We are holding back several Posty's to be used exclusively for future MLPTP-related events, including the yearly fundraiser :)
 
@MustBeJewel Such is a fate of someone who love foreign toys, ha.
By the way, she is almost like the OG G1 not Walmart remake, you say? Now I am reconsidering. Might be worth it to ask for my family oversea and get her in next 6 months.

Yey ! It might be super duper hard to get her to the Eiffel Tower but if i get her before christmas she'll come to Switzerland with me !

She might even get to see La Manche (the sea separating France and the UK) :lolpony:


I just saw that she's on the way !!
I hope she's not sea sick or air sick because she's in for a long trip to France >~<

G1 vinyl is no longer made. The vinyl Posty is made of is high quality, a bit lighter weight than original G1's, very smooth to the touch. :)
