Pony Spa Day? Restyling G4 Ponies!

Hi Everypony! :)

I've decided to wash and restyle my Brushables. Just plain conditioner and a Rat Tail comb. Fluttershy turned out pretty nicely, so Pinkie Pie went under the curlers today. She looks so cute that I *had* to share!



Lets hope she looks good when the curlers come out tomorrow.

Pinkie looks very cute next to Fluttershy. You could separate some of the curls on Pinkie just to give her more don't need to redo it though :) Mine usually end up like that first then I separate the curl into 2 or 3 sometimes four pieces and wrap it around my finger it should spring back nicely :D

Seriously, she looks pretty good. I need to let her bangs dry again, a bit more trimming, then I'll have more pix tomorrow!
 
They both turned out so beautifully! I love when the brushables get show accurate hairdos :smilepony: Good luck with Dash's maincut! I can't wait to see her finished.

It wasn't really that hard to do, and I'm quite pleased. The style prep before cutting was challenging. Here's the Tutorial I used: Rainbow Dash Hair Tutorial by countschlick on deviantART

I've already trimmed up Twilight Sparkle, she's drying now, you'll see her tomorrow. :) What does Everypony think?

 
Oh my, those are amazing! I've done my fluttershy and applejack,but I was too scared to do RD so I just curled it XD

I want to see twilight sparkle! Come on twilight, dry quickly XD
 
Thanks, you two. :) I actually just checked, trimmed, and re-wet Twilight. She looked pretty "punk rock". :surprisepony: She kind of looked like Scootaloo did onstage during the Talent Show episode.


Crumpet, it's not hard if you use the tutorial I linked. The actual prep with Dashie was harder than the cutting was. Fixing curlers/straws, hairpins, and hair elastics was challenging because Dashie is so small. If I can do it, anyone can. :)

When wet, her bangs hang over her eyes too much, when dry, they look like this. I hate to trim them anymore.



I forgot to remove the purple ponytail elastic around her neck. :surprisepony:

Well, I had to run to the store today for more styling supplies and new scissors. That means no Applejack tomorrow. :cry2:

But - you might see Somepony new!
 
Curling pony hair is my favorite part about re styleing. Even though I will tell you it's a pain in the butt but once you get used to it, it just happens so quickly.
 
Hi All. We're on a 24 hour hold, because a couple nice Pony Peeps on MLP Arena told me how to improve Twilight's bangs. Boiling! And Waiting 24 hours! :surprisepony:


So tomorrow, it's Twilight Take Two and our "mystery" guest. :)
