Pony Room! (VERY pic heavy - brace yourself!)

After much hemming and hawing I decided to put up my temporary pony room. We only plan to live in this house about a year, but it has this cute little room that seemed perfect.

So...

Do you actually have DOUBLES of seaponies MOC??? lol thats crazy!! I love the sea pony sprinkler!!!!!

That made me break into song about being in love! My boyfriend saw it and went bonkers too.

So, I was wondering what that seapony thing on the floor is. A sprinkler? The one that has a blue sea pony and two pink shells- one on top, one on bottom?

That is certainly something to celebrate about. Wow, when I saw the first picture I said to my boyfriend, "That's gotta be the Seapony Utopia person" and it sure was. EEEK! You have a great collection!

StarGleamer - I don't have any exact duplicates MOC. Well, unless you mean that I have one loose and one MOC for all but 6 ponies. Anyway - the ones that look like duplicates may be one in US packaging and one foreign, or it may be one without a mommy charm and one with. I have one of each US, and then a few extra foreign packaging just to illustrate the package differences. Then I have a couple extra year 6 babies with mommy charms, since that's the year they were issued. :)

SoSoftClaire - Yep, it's a real sprinkler!! One of my favorite items in fact.

OMG Even the warning wasnt enough for those pics. I thought I was going to have to get to towels one for me and one for my hubby.
 
Oooooo I love your MOC wallpaper :D Your pony room is fabulous, congrats :). That makes me want MOC ponies :lol:
 
So many sea ponies.....I love the shells...and that wall of MOC sea ponies is INSANE. Ohmigod. Wow.

Wow, that's an amazing room! I only have one sea pony MOC and I think she's awesome, I couldn't imagine looking at a wall of them! Hahaa!!

Out of interest, how difficult did you find you're carosel Dream Beauty to get hold of?

Cos i have 11, but neither of the carosel ones, and i've never once seen one for sale in my 14 years collecting!

I also love the sea ponies (you have a few) on one side and the MIBs on the other!

Just a question, do you let sunlight into the room onto your MOCs? I'm affraid to display mine like that (though I have no where near as many as you) incase the sunlight makes the bubbles go yellow and fade the cardboard.

Thanks all! :) I wish the room was a bit bigger, and that I had more shelves. The black bins are all full of stuff, plus I've got playsets, sheets, sleeping bags, and other stuff that's not in the room at all. I don't have every one of the baby sea ponies up on the wall, I have about 10 more maybe that are foreign package variations that I just didn't have room for. :D For the shelves I thought it would be fun to just do the mailorders, although you can see that there are a few others sprinkled around the room, and the year 1's near the bottom shelf.

wingedelf - I honestly don't remember when I got the carosel DB. I know I still need the other, and two trim & grow ones. I somehow have misplaced a DB that is not in the picture, so I've got a duplicate of one MIB and loose on that shelf when I should not have any duplicates up there. Anyway, I've got three left, but I've been after them for a few years now, and some were a bit pricey.

Jasper - Not too much sun comes in through the blinds of the one window in the room, since our house is fairly close to the next neighbor's house. I'm not worried too much about the bubbles for that reason. And, I have had them not on display for too long, I *really* wanted to wallpaper! :)

I think those were the only questions...

Glad everyone is enjoying! I'm tempted to host a StL pony meet now that it's all up. It'd be nice to have someone over to enjoy in person!

wOOOO!!!!! Thats the best sea pony collection ever!!! sea ponies are my favourites!!! I've been trying to get them all since I started collecting!!! They must have costed a mint!!! You have the most impressive collection I have ever seen!!!
