Dude… I just woke up from a dream wherein I was helping to clean out my grandma’s house (she passed away almost 10 years ago and I did help clean out her house).

And while going through the linen closet I found SO MANY sets of MLP sheets, all different prints, mostly G1, but there was some from G2 & G3 as well. Like… what a strange thing to find in a dream?! My grandma helped me acquire ponies when I was actively collecting, especially the discount store ones that I didn’t have locally. And she had quite the linen closet. So I guess it makes sense? Idk. It was cool, though!

all my pony dreams stink now a days lol cause i can control my dreams when it comes to stuff like that

like ill find a huge lot of ponies, or something amazing, but i tell myself in my dream that "youre not going to have this when you wake up, so dont enjoy it too much"

and i wake up and like, ugh, cant even enjoy a dream cause im already ruining it for myself xD
 
I never find ponies in the wild, but always dream about it. Then I wake up and its not real :cry:
 
i've dreamt about weird made up ponies many times, like a yellow g1 with fancy carved holes, and a life size g4 equestria girl that i was very scared of.
but the weirdest pony dream of all? in this dream, there was a new meme format called "taken in g3" where you take a video and distort it to the max, resembling a recording from a "g3 camera" which was an infamous digital camera existing in that dream. my friend introduced me to this meme using a video called "g1 in g3". it consisted of clips from animated g1 specials, with flashing colors and loud static audio. everytime a pony spoke, the loudest screech ever would play instead. i woke up that day with an awful headache.

Once had a dream that I was at like a flea market and found a bucket full of ponies - valuable ones like baby TAF and pearly babies and the likes. And I asked te lady how much and she said $5 and I had to play it cool because I was so excited lol

Then I woke up and was sad lol

I had a dream that I found a large group of ponies for sale at a shop for a cheap price and one of them is a super rare pony but I don't know who it was, I only knew she was rare. And just before I could get her, she vanished from my hands and I looked all over for her and she was replaced by a random unicorn plushie instead. I was disappointed in my dream and woke up still feeling disappointed too :cry:
 
so, this dream i had last night KINDA has ponies in it? lol

I dreamed i met Sam Smith and he said that i was beautiful :satisfied:

but then he invited me to sing opera with him at his concert xD

but then after that, i wanted to show him my collection of Munchys! - but when i went in there to show him my Munchys, they were gone! they had all turned into cotton candy and blossoms! - i did happen to find my headless/tailless munchy though atleast lol :munchy:

I never dream about ponies, its always something like brushing my teeth or washing my face I dream about :cry:
But its fun reading other peoples fun dreams, haha
 
When I'm actively spending time scouting on eBay or Value Village, ponies creep into my dreams a lot :p Awesome dreams of finding tons of dirt cheap ponies at thrift stores and garage sales.

My most vivid pony dream was being in my art class helping clean up, and my teacher came out with a tub of bait ponies and said "I use these as paintbrushes when we run low, and they're too dirty so I'm going to throw them away unless you want them".

And the ponies were these designs I'd never seen, metallic gold with built in speakers and skeleton ponies and totally clear ones with goo inside and ones made of intricately carved wood and marble. My subconscious should work for Hasbro :tongue:
 
What set me back into actively collecting months ago was sorting through some stuff and digging through my old collection. I'd lost all my petites and thought about getting more. And decided to start digging deep in garage sale boxes.

There's one house that they have regular sales of old stuff they get out of storage units and house clean outs. I usually find vintage automatic watches there and the occasional game. I had a dream one night of digging some ponies out of one of the boxes of misc junk there.

And that next morning I dug out five petites.

Just woke up from a dream where I was at a pony convention with a crane machine so I thought I'd try my luck. I won so many Birthday ponies (among a few others) that they had to refill the machine with vintage dolls cause they had no more ponies. :lolpony:

Alas, twas just a dream. I never have any luck on crane machines irl. :rofl:
 
Well, just happened to me! Dreamt I was at our local flea market and found Euro Pretty Beat with a really thin tail, a SLH G3 Rainbow Dash, and a VERY convincing G3 fakie in a box modeled after the 25th anniversary packaging. She was a lovely green with really soft blue and brown hair in either the Party Cake or Wysteria pose. She looked like she could’ve been a prototype of sorts.
How I could tell she was fake? Her name on the box was Sausage McMuffin/McSausage… definitely a real MLP! :rofl:
 
I had a strange dream about 2 weeks ago where I was cleaning out a random relative’s house and found so many ponies that I kept searching the house, which almost seemed infinite! I started freaking out because there was just so many I couldn’t even have found all of them if I wanted to. It ended up being pretty stressful, especially after I found Mimic (which mirrored an actual event when I was younger, where I found a mint Mimic in my grandmother’s attic and lost my mind lol)
 
the last pony dream i remember was a few months ago. in the dream i was at some random toy show and at someone's booth they had a yellow pony with yellow hair in the collectors pose with applejack's symbol on one side and lemon drop's on the other. i flipped her over and her hoof had "belgium" written on it and i said "hey there weren't any ponies made in belgium" and then i woke up.

more of a pony nightmare but probably around 10 years or so ago i dreamt my sister had flung purple paint all over my ponies cause she was mad at me and claiming they got smoozed. lol
 
I've had dreams in the past of going to these hole-in-the-wall thrift spots, and finding tons of G1 ponies among many other toys. I had a dream like that recently, I think I was Christmas shopping for my siblings and I got distracted by all the ponies and LPS I was finding instead :unsure:
 
I had one of these recently about finding a bunch of rare ponies I wanted. I usually don't have expensive taste in ponies, but there are a few on my wishlist. I knew it was a dream the second I found a Desert Rose plushie. I've read somewhere that she potentially exists, but I've never actually seen any proof, and the chances of running into one in the wild, while no pictures of her exist on the internet is... Not that believable tbh.
 
Pony hunting is such a constant, repeated symbol in my dreams that it's weird if I DON'T dream about it, lol. I either find the shelves chock-full of beautiful and rare ponies and am faced with the bittersweet angst of deciding which ones to take home, or I spend the whole dream wandering around a store looking for them but never finding any.

I did have a dream once that I went to a pony convention for the first time, and I just stood outside the doors unable to go in because I was already so overwhelmed. Which is fair, that's probably exactly what would happen. XD
