Pony cancer? Or something less eek?

Hi I've checked the FAQ on this but cant find anything and know there must have been discussions like this before so sorry in advance but cant find anything this specific.

I've picked up a pony on ebay that I'm going to restore. She is white and most of the marks have washed off her but there are a few stubborn ones. There's a big pink mark which I am going to try sunfading. There are a few spots that are pale brown with a darker pinprick dot in the center and the larger of these is like a little brown ring about 3mm across. Are these pony cancer? And if so cant be removed? Or could they be something else in which case is there anything I can try to remove them as everything I tried so far hasn't worked.

It sounds like pony cancer.

Yeah thanks I found that but cant see any of the pictures so it's not been much help. I even joined the site but still cant see pictures. You cant get rid of pony cancer or so I've heard?

The mlprestorationproject has pictures of problems. Yeah your pony has regrind and pony cancer. Not much you can do really. Time degrades everything and other then painting/dyeing to cover it up, it's thus far unfixable.
