2. Pony should be on the ____ side:Left
3. Blink Style: #1
4. Starting Color: White
5. Blink Color: Green
6. Saying: Tsuki

Techno if you want a different shade of blue just let me know. It'd be helpful to have a hex code or ref pic for the particular shade of blue you're looking for!
