$ Price Check $ Playsets?

So, as mentioned, I'm thinning the herd, and with them, just about every G1 playset out there. Most of the sets are pretty faded on the outside, and the stickers haven't fared too well, though the remaining accessories are in remarkably good condition. My question is, are they even worth selling, or should I sell the accessories and heave the buildings? The notable exception here is the Paradise Estate, which has all its accessories except a place setting, a broken (but mendable, I think) wall lamp, and faded stickers. One roof is a little less brilliant than the others, but everything else, including the garden, is intact and in GREAT shape.

I's thinking if there was no intrinsic value in the sets themselves, that I could offer them for only the shipping if someone wants the corresponding pony?


So here's what I got:

Show Stable: door missing, fair condition, interior stickers in varying condition, and also plastered with all my pony puffy stickers, some accessories in good condition
Shower (the one with Sprinkles): missing a hose, yellowed plastic, would most likely still work if the hose was replaced
Pretty Parlor: fair to bait (do buildings go for bait?), no accessories
2 baby buggies: wheels work, but otherwise fair condition
1st Purse (Sleepy Pie): cloth is still bright (and mostly clean--could use a wash, I'm sure)
Lullabye Nursery: faded, but most accessories still intact
Party Pack: all ponies in playable condition, many accessories
Baby Bonnet School of Dance: plastic is faded, some stickers, but good working condition, all accessories (I think)
Sweet Shoppe: yellowed plastic, faded stickers, most or all accessories in pretty good condition
Paradise Estate: As mentioned. Gorgeous for over 20 years old.

Also--g1 costumes (adult and baby, multiple years' worth)?
