In overall nice condition, with some play wear -- minor picks/thread pulls to the sheer fabric, some wear to the shoulders, hair could be styled better. (It's not matted, and I have combed it out and styled it about a year ago, but it's not minty perfect, either.)
Comes with orange fabric belt/choker/bracelet thingy (I believe it can be used a variety of ways!), dress, one barrette, and boa. No other accessories.
