A retro store I was at today had her priced at $25.00. All their other ponies where way way overpriced, but she that seemed about decent for her. I was going to get her, but they suddenly just shut off all the lights and said we are closed without giving fair warning. If I get back there (it was quiet a ways) and they still have her is her price worth it?

Eh, not really, maybe if she is super mint. She seems to go for less than the others in that set because she's kind of...um...homely. I would say more like $15 in nice condition, but then maybe I'm really out of the loop?

I was looking a lot and I couldn't find her for under $30 in anything but bait condition....I finally traded for one with pink marks on her side, she was valued at $12-$15 in that condition...So if she was in nice condition, I would her. She's pretty sought after, I think.

You'd think she'd be cheaper because she has Tootsie's coloring which is probably the least favorite color combo EVER. I've been looking for her to complete the set and found the same prices as PrettyInACasket.

You didn't happen to be looking out in coventry did you? I had no adult ballerinas so I ended up giving them way to much for one.

generally if I like the pony and its right in front of me I would pay an extra 10$ to know it looks good and not have to wait for it in the mail.

And if its the same place I am thinking of(because I remember a 25$ buttons) they buy to-although I am sure waaaay under priced so maybe you could sell of extras to justify it.

I know which store it is. Don't waste your time. The owner is an idiot and knows nothing so he hires people who think they know a lot when in reality no one in that store knows **I*. I bought one thing in that store and that was it. They are beyond over priced. Just my two cents. I would not support that store period.

Yep it was out in coventry, the one next to mongolian barbaque (went there for a friend bday!). I know when I was standing there talking with a friend one of the employees was around the corner listning to our conversation and I made sure to point out how overpriced they where and how $18.00 for a moondancer with brown spots would never sale.

I was going to ask for them to open the cabinent so I could get a better look at her. But all the sudden they turned off the lights and just started yelling at everyone to get out they where closing, which seemed really rude.

I probably wont go back. It is a pretty far drive from madison and getting there with the cavs and indians playing was a nightmare.

The store doesn't sound very professional. I'd say, even if she was worth the price, don't buy from them. (Although it sounds like you don't plan to).

It's not. I've been to almost every collectible toy store in Ohio and hands down they are the worst.
