So long ago (December 2010 
) I posted a public plea asking if someone would be willing to pick up a complete set of G4s in exchange for a custom. My daughter really wanted the 6 FIM characters for Christmas and they were not yet available in Florida so I needed a little help.
Not only did Kala buy me all 6 but she was also kind enough to send an extra Rarity for me to customize. To this day she is my first and only G4 custom.
Kala was soooo fantastic to trade with. She shipped quickly and then waited patiently for 7 months (partly because I was working on other commissions as well) until I was able to finish and ship her requested custom.
Kala, thank you! :hug: You really came through for me and I am so appreciative.
Anyway.... Kala really liked the Pastel Parasol Fairy I had done and requested a custom based on G1 Nightlight in the same style.
Originally a G3 Fun Fairy bait, she was airbrushed in a soft metallic blue with darker blue gradients. Symbols are painted on both sides in the traditional G1 fashion and her head turns so she can be displayed on either side. Hair is Dollyhair's Starlight gradient dyed with 4 different colors of Rit dye.
She has arrived at her new home so now I can share pics. :cheer:
