I just noticed the new boxes for those minis... the stock photo shows the old box style. Odd.

Halicabi, thanks for the info! That's exactly what I needed to know. There definitely are some shade differences going on there!

OK, I've tried again to show the differences:
The eyes are different on all of them.

New Pinkie Pie: body seems a bit lighter and the symbol larger (I can't tell, the symbol is damaged :icon_frown.
New Sunny Daze: symbol is darker.

New Minty: scarf is darker, and the symbol is more defined.
New Twinkle Twirl: red is darker (on hat and scarf) and symbol is darker.

Kimono: darker body and symbol.
Star Swirl: symbol is darker.

Sweet Breeze: body is lighter and symbol is darker.
Rainbow Dash: scarf is lighter and symbol is darker.

Sky Wishes: green on scarf is darker and symbol is darker and has a purple outline instead of pink.
Fizzy Pop: symbol is darker.
