CONVENTION Oklahoma MLP Friends Meet! April 9th!

@stjarne ill post pics when I get home when I take pics of ALL the stuff I got from this weekend :) I havnt picked it all up yet lol

I had such an amazing time! I added several new ponies to mine and @batuk's collection, met a lot of cool people, got some advice on hunting the rarer ponies on our list, and even got this free button! It has Cotton Candy, Batuk's favorite pony, and she and Autumn Skye are doing some farming, while one of my Special Interests is a farming simulation series. And the special surprise will gain a place of honor on the top of my display shelf! This was the best day.

Maybe one day mlpc and I could got to a pony convention, I'd love to meet every pony in person! Fair warning I have difficulty controlling the volume of my voice when I get excited! Sorry in advance lol <3

@peaches2217 omg! I didn’t realise you were from the TP too! But I totally seen you and believed we talked! Was so nice seeing you! (I was the blue dress person :p)
 
Hello! I was there with @Lilykin ! =D I tried to pronounce my username to some to say who I was but apparently I can't pronounce it. For shame. lol :oops:

Here are my finds. Silver Lining back there was a very generous freebie! Streaky and Piccolo I have been wanting for years. Sunrise Song was an impulse purchase for me. I couldn't buy a whole lot with me needing to save money for other things, but I had fun!

Haha I really appreciated you trying to pronounce your username for me ! I also realized that my username doesn’t make much sense when said out loud so I’ll just say I was the one with the curly hair in the gingham dress

I was just shocked to see a G3 pony in its original box in the freebie section. I had to go ask someone if it was really free. Lol. You were the one that had the customs of your OC table, right? And you bought the Dream Castle up, too. lol

It was nice to meet you, too! I think I mentioned I was here, but it's fine, I'm shy and have social anxiety. I don't think I ever gave you a username and I think I said I was a lurker, which is mostly true.
 
Lol you guy's will probably be able to recognize me since I'll definitely be wearing my crochet Atelier Shallotte hat!

It was great meeting you too! I loved seeing all of your customs. *0* I really need to pin down my ponysona so I can start commissioning people too. (Is that a giant Sundance plush I spy??? Now I'm really curious lol )

@stjarne I think only took photos of @Virelai and I while we were there, I always feel weird photographing other people. ^^; Though I think I did snap a of photo of the indoor carousel. Cause wow! (If someone will remind tomorrow I'll share my haul photos.)

i really do hope i can make it to a pony convention someday. maybe if my family is settled into the new place by now next year... i could fly over. lol
 
From what I saw of pictures on Instagram, it looked like it was a blast! There were a ton of goodies. I don't know if I could resist all that temptation. I would leave with one broken piggy bank. lol Hopefully one day they'll be a much closer one I can go to.
