I just picked up mine today. Mine is a little strange looking. The red of her cutie mark slides down her leg. She looks more like Nurse Slaughterheart

That is a little creepy looking! You could make her into a Silent Hill Nurse

I was going to suggest the Silent Hill nurse idea too! You'd just need a bit of fabric or bandage and then wrap her head in it.
