G1 No pony of mine shall ever wear...

I was talking to my sister-in-law about my G1 Ponywear wish list. I want everything in the costume collection - dragon, bunny, elephant, LION - PLEASE, etc. Then I laughed and told her I just can't bring myself to buy any saddles or harness sets for my ponies. I know I had them as a kid and loved them. But as an adult, I have this conflicting thought - intelligent, talking ponies should be offended to wear such controlling devices. LOL. I know, it's silly.

Pants. I'm a bit iffy regarding clothes on ponies in general, but to me pony-pants are just...wrong...
I think it's that pants are tailored so specifically to the human biped form that seeing them on any four-legged creature makes me kind of wince, whereas skirts are just an open cone of fabric. It's a little easier to forgive.

Seconded, to a degree. Saddles, I kind of understand -- maybe the ponies have human friends they want to transport somewhere, and riding without a saddle can be highly uncomfortable. Harnesses and bridles, though...the implications are that either the pony in question is being held against its will, or it has some rather...interesting hobbies.

Yellow things and tinker bell costumes I don't like either one.
 
I think the shoes look a little funny, ha ha! Also they stain! But sometimes they can be cute! I especially love the roller skates and ice skates!!
 
Hmmm this is a hard one for me to answer as I have a huge sense of humor and probably would put Cat Pee Pony through just about anything I could think of that was funny. So the sky is the limit for me as long as it doesn't stink, isn't dirty, wasn't already on a bum and didn't look like up chuck. And I know I am right on target when I speak for @Leave a Whisper that if she could have her wish all of her ponies would be covered with spiders and eating buggy part hot dogs. There are some ponies I have though that I am super protective of and they live inside pony cases rather than the cabinet. The would probably not wear anything but a bow on their tail.

I really like the pony wear but I always take it off and put things in separate baggies just to be on the safe side. Me and my child played with ponywear recently she likes to dress them up. I still remember dressing them up when I was a kid especially the megan and sundance wear it was so cute.
 
I love those Megan and Sundance sets. Especially the one with the blue dress.

that was the one I had other than country jamboree. well those were the two. I have half of them now. I just need the megan wear part.
