Ok, so apparently I'm gonna continue the swirl ponies (lol). This girl's color scheme harkens back to a painting I completed several years ago.

This was from my Accident series....long story, lol.

Anyhow, the series combined organic forms and analogous color scheme with the interruption of a contrasting color.

Night Song features a negative image symbol (something I'm gonna have to continue to work with). She has an abstracted crescent moon in the white area of her symbol. I didnt want it to jump out at the viewer immediately.

She has \"interruptions\" of line and activity on her hip, front hoof, and face.

she's fabulous. i love the "interuption" on her face, that is really neat the asymetry there. and the colors go so nicely together. i also like how she's the cool counterpart to her "sister"
