Hi,

I am a long time member, who quit collecting around 2005. I know that Natsu Chan will remember me :)

I have decided to rejoin as I am thinking of selling my collection and I would rather them going to other collectors rather than to some anonymous person on ebay.

I am 34, from Wales in the UK. I collect model horses called Julips, and pony books (or as you Americans call them horse books). My favourite was Peachy, and I own over 1000 MLPs, including some rare G1s.
 
Hullo and welcome back! I'm sad to hear you're considering selling, but understand sometimes it just becomes a necessity. I do hope you enjoy your return !
 
Sigh so glad you are back but sad about the collection selling. I am seeing this a lot these days. I plan on keeping mine until they are a hard lump of goo which will happen when they are around 100 .

Welcome back Garej! Lovely to see you but sorry to hear it's so you can sell the ponies. Do stick around and spend sometime and enjoy yourself. Lovely to have you back and I'm sure the newer people will value your knowledge on ponies but most especially the vast array of Peachies!

I have decided not to get rid of all of them - for example my favourites, the G1 MOCs. It's just that from 2009 that my collection has been sitting in boxes since I moved and had less room to display everything. I want them to be appreciated for what they are rather than sitting there gathering dust so to speak.
 
Oh, I'm so glad you've decided to keep some! That way later you won't be kicking yourself for selling them.
