new Canterlot pony display at Target, pics inside

Went to pick up a Pinkie Pie for a custom, when hubby called me over to show me the new display he saw. I've seen some of these online but not a few of the items.

Two other things I noticed: an empty place for DVD's as show below, and another thing that said, "Hasbro blank art pony" so who knows!

Tomorrow is pay day and I will be back for sure ^_^

Ack! I need one of those royal ball sets with the mane cast! I hope Target keeps up on restocks.
 
That first plushie is so cute! Thanks for the photos.
 
That last pic with the plush Twilight Sparkle...she talks and reads stories. I saw it at my Target today. Loved it! It reminds me of my old Teddy Ruxpin only cooler cuz it's a pony! I will most definitely be going back on payday! :)
 
I would love to get the coloring stuff.... (I'm not sure if you have it pictured here, I didn't see them but I didn't look real hard either XD) But there's a color-a-scene set (color different lineart and then they "magically" *Cough*magnet*Cough* stick to the scenery) and then there's a box of watercolor "posters". I can't justify buying them at the moment though.... sometimes it's good for new stuff to come out when you're broke, then you can decide if you REALLY want it lol.

I like the blanket too but since it's 113 heat index for the next week.... I'm not really feeling the whole "fleece" thing lmao!

::edit:: GASP! I just remembered I have a $5 gift card from eons ago... I need to see if there's anything left on that!

The zellers here are supposed to switch to target in the furture i really can't wait, especially of the displays will look like that :))))

I forgot one of the best parts too, huge cute cut out of Celestia! I want to see if I can get it when the display goes down!
 
I bought some today!!! altho I like the big sets, BUT... SO MANY ACCESSORIES!!! I just want it for the 2 ponies, but I am not paying $39.99 for it... ugh...

I know I will be going back for more. :D
 
How soon will the chosen Zellers stores be switched into Targets? (I know there's about 30+ stores that didn't have their leases purchased). One place said not until 2012-2014 but that seems a bit too broad :(
 
Yes! Thanks for the pics, :eek:k: now I think I know what to find at Target since I convinced my mom to go this weekend. :D Oh, Applejack84 is right, the talking Twilight Sparkle stuffie is a lot like Teddy Ruxpin, and I think that's what I'll be getting for it's the closest I'll probably ever get to an actual Teddy since Teddy Ruxpins on Amazon and other places are up to 200 bucks. :doh5B15D:
 
if they had a gigantic fluttershy plushy pony id so buy that, or atleast the size of the twilight in the first pic :O

Wow. I wish my Target had any of that. It is really starting to irk me that what is out is not available everywhere. I'm still waiting to see Lilly and Cheerlie.

I didn't even find stickers at our Target - they have a paltry supply here!
I asked the 3 gals who were stocking - they couldn't locate them either!

Argh, my Target didn't have a Canterlot display. They had the mini castle and the Luna and Celestia 2 pack, but not much else. D:
 
I bought a lot of the ponies yesterday and the Canterlot castle will fold up as a carrying case. Kinda too bad it's cardboard. I'll keep a lookout for the other playsets, my Target had a bunch of it yesterday. But I only had so much money to spend.
