That's right. A new persona, since I have Torchwood taken care of atm it's time for a Doctor Who Persona. I'm going to base this boy off The Master. So here's a description.
Species: G1 Alicorn
Body Color: Black
Mane and Tail: Very Light Blond
Eyes: So dark brown as to be nearly black, but still brown.
Wings: Also black, but tipped in dark red so they look like they are dripping blood.
