My Little Pony Winter Sweetie Belle- Already in Stores

These are gonna be the new winter ponies? She seems really kinda cute in the package... but don't open... same ole wierd stuff.. :-( I'm gonna cry. . .

I'm glad I got the older Winter ponies when I had the chance.

She is cute and I do like the scarf, but I already have the new Sweetie Belle and not sure I want to buy another one just for a scarf. Hmmm.

I'm planning to only get one of each character in the New Look pose so this is the only Sweetie Belle I will be getting because I like the accessories... It is my way of putting an end to my G3 collecting... I don't like the New Look ponies at all so it will be easy if someone asks why I stopped collecting, I can just show them the 7 I have that signaled the end... ugh.... so sad.

I guess Hasbro had some left over fabric from Jolly Lolly... aside from the blue fringe, it is the same...

I love the packaging...I LOVE the snowflake comb and barrettes! But...UGH! The PONY is just...*sigh* Sorry, I cannot like this new style. If anyone ends up with a surplus of the combs and barettes, however, I'd like several!

Maybe I'll be able to buy an empty package after the holiday season. Isn't that sad, I want the snow globe package, but not the pony.

Saw and bought her in a fit of nonponyrelated rage last night as there were no singles and I havent got a Sweetie Belle yet. And I don't really like her.

Got her at Toys R Us today... I do like her accessories but the scarf is pretty cheap looking. The "fringe" is actually just where the material was cut into a zig zag... not nearly as nice as Jolly Lolly's. On the plus side, her scarf is actually velcro-d close so for little kids it will be easier than the other tie on kind. Still not wild about the actual pony though. My collecting end is sadly very near.

Since they've already released the winter pony, does this mean we shouldn't expect Halloween ponies besides the ponyville set?

I put off buying the single Sweetie Belle since I plan to buy this one. I hope I like her when I see her in person.

I just got one from TRU today. Still really surprised to see these in stores so early (it's not even close to the end of August yet, people!) but she's pretty cute. Tinsel in her hair and glitter on her horn, I guess those are the major differences besides the barrettes and comb. Cute though, I'm glad they actually put out something different from the rubber dresses. ;p Glad I waited to pick up one of these new ones though, it'd have been annoying to buy a regular one and then see the cute winter set.

Keeping my fingers crossed for more of the creative winter ponies, but I'm thinking probably not... If anyone needs one, there's a few more at the store, I can do a pickup + shipping. Weird to see them next to the Halloween Ponyville tubes.
