I think it's actually a belt, they just used the seat belt buckle as a belt buckle. It's dang cute though!!

I actually own that ^^ Well, another variation of it that features all of the main characters and Spike. They sell at Hot Topic for $26 bucks, and they function great as a working clothing belt! But they are not for driving unfortunately.​

$26 is pretty steep for a belt! I'm planning on getting a canvas web belt from Journeys and/or Journeys Kidz for about $18 and $15, respectively. When I buy the kids' one I'll measure it out to see if it'll fit you guys.
