Ok, didn't know where else to post this, sdo I thought I'd try here;

Ok, being a G1 fan and an amateur writer, I've written a few fics based on the G1 ponies, and thought some G1 fans might want to take a gander at them.

All of the stories are in a shared FiM/G1 universe, though I tend to favor G1 a bit more. I did take some liberties with a few G1 things (like making the mountain boy ponies a mix of unicorns, Pegasus, and earth ponies, an making bright valley a fortified fortress town).

The G1 portion of the fics are based on a darker version of G1, Most of the events in the cartoon and some of the events of the UK comics occur, but it feels more like lord of the rings than MLP. All of the stories have obscure G1 references, though not many FiM fans seem to get them. All the stories fit together, though they can be understood read separately. Anyway, give them a try, if you wish;
