I had to share. I can't share on my facebook profile because my coworkers would get butt-hurt.
My project manager surprised me with an OFFICIAL SCREAM 6 poster that’s designed to go on theater back-lit windows! As an added BONUS, this is the first run copy! First proof copy design. The final design has all the characters on the poster. This was not mass-produced and won’t be seen advertising to the public. even better!
He knows I casually collect Ghost Face stuff, and whenever he gets this type of stuff, he gives it to me. I also have a signed Wes Craven mask (the director of the SCREAM movies, met him once, really nice guy), and an official worn mask in SCREAM 4.
Backstory, I work for the company that created the Ghost Face mask. They own the mask and the character Ghost Face. I am a graphic designer here which makes it easy for me to get these items that only movie collectors would dream of! I love the history of how the character came to be and the fact that I work and do a lot of packaging and illustration designs for Ghost Face makes me partial to the character and official non-commercial items based on the movies.
Anyway, the poster! It's a back-lit poster made from acetate type of paper. it's designed to go on a back-lit window of movie theaters and such. I can't wait to get it framed!
And the back side.
