more scented ponies coming in sept.

entertainment earth has a listing for the next assortment of scented ponies: 1x Chocolate Chipper, 1x Party Cake, 2x Sodafloat, 2x Paradise Island.

i wonder what paradise island is going to smell like... o_O?

oo cool! I love smelling good ponies. I missed the last set somehow. How did I manage to do that? :confused1:
 
Party Cake sounds like the one for me! I have tons if candles that are different cake scented. Sometimes I bake cakes and bask in the smell. It's sooo yummy.

Actually, Party Cake is in stores right now. She's the blue one with the piece of cake on her, and she comes with a cute party hat. She smells sooo good. Really more like sugar cookies than vanilla icing... or cake, or whatever.


Soda Float and Paradise Island... they sound delicious! I hope they look as good as the sound, and I sure hope they smell even better!
I hope Paradise Island isn't another coconut-scented pony.

Chocolate Chipper sounds promising! So Party Cake could be in a different pose to the ones in stores now?...
 
I love the smelly ponies :p I wonder what Sodafloat will smell like!!!
 
Well, this is confusing. September? But... that's only a couple of months away and we JUST GOT the current assortment!

Not to mention, we already got Party Cake. So, I'm sort of iffy about this news. But, it's most obvious that the original chocolate chip cookie pony is Chocolate Chipper.

My guess is that Paradise Island will smell like pina colada. Mmmmm. :)
 
I wonder if Soda Float will smell like those gummy soda bottles - yum! Although I've got to agree about the coconuts on Island ... Hasbro really seems to like coconuts.

I open most of my collection, but not the scented ones. I have a whole drawer in one of my pony bins that smells quite strongly when I open it up. What about you guys? Do the ponies keep their scents well if opened, or is it better to keep them packaged?
 
I have currently only 3 scented G3s- Tropical Surprise (MIB), Pretty Pop (loose because she's soooo pretty) and Butter Pop (MIB because she smells so good but isn't that pretty.)

I guess if I had the whole set I'd like for them to mainly be MIB, but I'm not really sure. Pretty Pop has kept her scent even after washing her hair (I tried to keep her body dry but that didn't work too well, so she inadvertently got a bath as well as a hair wash.)

the smell fades a little over time, but it's so strong when you first open them that by the time it dies down a little, it's a nice subtle scent. although my popcorn-scented one doesn't smell at ALL... not that i mind, since i hate the smell of popcorn. XD
 
Ohhhhh, I love scented ponies, I have an army of coconut grove! I am incredibly excited about these...

I think scented ponies are probably my favorite, I just hope the smell holds up as well as the g1 scented ponies did!

I agree!! hate the coconut scent. It's revolting to me.

I love some of the new scented ponies - they're so cute. I had a rotten experience with Coconut Grove, though.. her scent literally made me sick. So as cute as they are, I won't be buying anymore scented ponies.
