What luck, @Sweet Tooth ! My jaw dropped in envy when I saw your pic on a REAL!! school bus. We live on three acres, across from a single street of about 20 newer homes on small lots, with at least two million little kids living in them. Well, enough to fill one whole bus, anyway. @_@ Every morning at 8:45, the school bus stops right in front of our house at the end of the little street. I actually considered (very very briefly lol) going over there and getting one of the kids to hold a couple ponies and pose at the bus steps (thus cementing our rep as The Weirdest Family in the Area... Either that or the one place they MUST check out--or avoid? Lol--on Halloween.).
 
Squeaked my entry in on that last day... I'm such a bad host. Please excuse the crazy hair on Wildflower, in the extra credit photo. I had literally JUST bought her from a bin of ponies north of Seattle and saw that school bus on the freeway as we were driving back south. How perfect?! A real school bus and a pony in my car?! So I snapped it really fast as my husband drove and just shook his head. Lol

That was one of the quotes I thought of too! And a few worse, so I went with a nice one. My filthy ones I'll share with you later in private. Hehehe....

Five or six hours of crafting later, and the photos are finally done... I probably didn't need to make the entire bus, but... only the best for my ponies! You hear me? ONLY THE BEST! o_O They'll thank me for it one day.

The school bus is fully 3D and has room inside for about a dozen G4s.

The back and far sides aren't detailed, but it does have a full set of wheels.

I was lucky enough to actually be able to get $5 worth of crafting supplies today, so I decided to make good use of them and non half-*** things again. :oops: I tried to do the photos in a different room so that I could get that plant in there, but unfortunately the lighting was terrible and I had to use flash.

And then this darn thing was too reflective with the flash, plus it literally didn't want to stand up for more than 10 seconds at a time:

The hair is PERFECT for that frazzled, missed-the-bus morning!! HA! Made me LOL

Well.. I'm beginning to feel quite hungry at this point.. but my mouth is still numb >.<


Ugh. Pictures are super crappy tonight. I put the trashbag down to make it look like asphalt, but I think it ruined it. But these pictures involve my two passions. Ponies.. and Legos :D The house is a creator set, as well as the car and motorcycle. The school bus and the first stop that Rarity is picked up at is from a Lego Duplo set. And then Megan is made up of Hermione Granger's body and Lucius Malfoy's hair. Owlicius is also from the Diagon Alley Lego set. They're crappy.. but at least they're in and hopefully the teacher and her aides will see the creativity I put into it ;) Lol

I think this is the best part of the contest so far! Everyone is getting so creative and really going the extra mile to make their pictures rock! :D
 
@Mori_LeStrange I love your pic of Rarity in the car!! Oh my gosh I can't stop laughing!! She looks so ominous like "I'm going to run you down and look stylish while doing it, Darling" :lolpony:
