Hi everyone!

While I will not be able to attend Pony Fair West, I was able to update the current logo and the current MLP Fair Promo video that I shot and edited to reflect this new event, including all of the exclusive merchandise! Check it out below!

Looking to find a kind soul who is going to the pony fair west. I would need them to pick up my merchandise from my ticket and mail the items to me. I was planning on going but I just accepted a new job and therefore do not have the time off yet. Thank you
 
Wish I could go! I've never been that far west, except being born in Washington State. But since I'm not a newly crowned billionaire (thanks, MegaMillions :lolpony: ), it's not to be. Great job on the video, Jewel!

Also, if anyone is attending, I'm definitely seeking the llama pony exclusive!

starbritesprinkles - From what I understand, they may only have enough llama ponies to cover the ticket packages. They had a handful of extras at the Tampa Fair. Those were all sold through a right-to-buy raffle system. I think they were selling them for $40 each. I don't know if they will have any extras and do that again though.

I wish I could go since Swiss Pony's Con is not going to be held anymore, but I do not have a visa nor money to fly to the states

Pony Fair WEST has some last-minute vendor tables available. If you are already a vendor and would like to add an additional table, please send us a message.

If you are an attendee and would like a table to DISPLAY (but not sell) collection items, please send us a message as we have had a couple of tables open up and would rather see them showcase collections than be left empty.

All tables can participate in the Parade of Booths Contest.

As of 8/22/22 we are SOLD OUT of our packages that included the Llama Pony Figure. We have added a "NO PONY general admission" option, for those that need last minute registration for our event.
The Llama Pony will not be available for sale online after the event. All have been reserved for Pony Fair WEST attendees.

Pony Fair WEST is almost here!! Below you will find some important information for our vendors:

Vendor load in time: 7am on Saturday morning. Vendor Marketplace opens at 9:00am for VIP ticket holders and 10:00am for general admission.

Table size: 6ft x 30inches. Includes 2 chairs. You will have about room available in front of your table as well to place totes or items since we have wide walkways in the venue. Just please be courteous of our guests that require extra room for mobility scooters and wheelchairs.

Vendor Map: I am currently putting final updates on this. I apologize for the delay, but we've had more last minute additions and cancellations than usual and I am trying to honor all vendor requests as best as possible with these changes being made.

Do we know if PFW is going to be an annual event? If so I really would like to go next year! I've only been to that area once before and it was really interesting. I'd love to explore again and ponies are always great too!

My understanding is that PF and PFW will be going on hiatus after next month's event.
 
Aww, that's too bad. I hope one day they'll be back but I also understand that doing an annual event is a huge undertaking. It's totally understandable if they need to take a break.
 
Does anyone know if the porcelain figures will be sold on the fair shop after the convention? Otherwise, would someone be willing to purchase them for me & ship them to me?

Contact summer@mylittleponycon.com, she has some for sale currently and may have them after this weekend's Fair. :)
