MLP Disney Build-A-Pony update (plus pics ^_^)

The last couple of days my boyfriend and I went to Florida to meet up with some friends who were down there for a week. The first night we all met up and we (or I ^_^; ) hit up the Once Upon A Child store for the Build-a-Pony goodies. Here are some pics:

Getting the New Belle costume: Yellow collar? check. Yellow dress? check. 4 yellow shoes with pink rose? I ONLY HAVE 3 YELLOW SHOES WITH PINK ROSES! I NEED ONE MORE!! lol those shoes were hard to find

Not a glamorous picture of my backside but I thought it was kind of funny how I'm squeezing between the little kids to get the goods. lol Sorry! ^_^;;;

I actually returned for a second round the night after and filled 2 more boxes when I saw I was missing pieces. :x lol

Also, if you're going by BittieBaby's BAP checklist (which was AWESOME to have on hand! Thank you thank you!) I think some pieces have been discontinued. I focused mostly on the costumes and found no traces of Jasmine's headband, Cinderella's black choker, raincoat with 3 princesses, and black felt mickey ears. Maybe it wasn't in this batch but I really searched, and even asked one of the workers... who then looked at me strangely. lol I got a lot of extra complete costumes so if anyone is interested just PM me.

Hmm, looks like there aren't a whole ton of new outfits since I went! We'll have to meet up and you'll have to show me the haul! I think I have ponies for you anyway!

Awesome pictures!!! Yeah...I think if they run out of pieces...they're gone. I hope this is still around when I go a year from now. *crosses fingers* I experienced it in 2005 and I had a BLAST!!! I just love the little costumes. I have a bunch of ponies modeling everything up by my desk. I just smile every time I see them.

Yup, some things have definitely not been around in a long time. Fortunately, I stocked up from the start: Items from Disney's Build A Pony for sale! My Little Pony!

It definitely gets crazy in there.. my friend and I worked up a sweat trying to stuff boxes amidst all the kids and tourists. But it's an awesome place, isn't it?

Also, if you need that last shoe, I've got lots of them...

Hey girl! This is the BAP section at the Once Upon a Toy Store at Downtown Disney. It's only located at Disney World in Florida. The thing is...you buy a box and stuff it with as MUCH stuff as you can for one price. You can get pretty creative too and come away with a nice lot of stuff. When I went, I bought 4 boxes of stuff and they only had 4 different ponies to choose from. You can get as many ponies as you could as long as you can close the box. It's lots of fun!

Clue: Skip the ponies. Go for the small accessories. I Got two boxes and i was able to pack things really tight. Once i got to my aunt and uncles i had opened it all up to see what I actually got and I had a hard time fitting it in my suitcase. That was my main reason to go to florida other than seeing my aunt and uncle.

WOW!!!! AMAZING pics! I wish we had BAP in the UK - I'd spend all my time (and money!) there. I LOVE the idea that you can stuff as much stuff into a box for a set price.

Weren't those shoes just so much FUN to get?
I used to work at pirates of the caribbean and sometimes picked up accessories for people on here. Someplace i have 2 boxes full of stuff still...

There is also a much smaller one inside the magic kingdom park in, i forget the name of the store, but its the one that is inside a big tent in toontown. They also have the build a mr. potato head thing in there as well.

Oh WOW! This is really neato. Now I really hope I get to go to Disney World some time soon. This is really amazing, I always loved "bag sales". This is ever so much better than that.

I remember doing that. It's sooo much fun! The other part of the challenge is to see how much can you get into that little box. The guy at the register told me when I was there, as long as it can close on it's own and stay closed, it's fine. I had a little box bulging.

I skipped the pony for my three boxes and packed waaay loads of shtuff. :3 I had a hard time packing my suit case as well.

Jewel- I found the last Belle shoe but as I'm thinking it, I don't remember seeing any Minnie shoes! Are you going to the MLP fair? I think my sis might be interested too if you had a couple pairs.
