Mimic for $220!?!?

I can't believe it!!!! I've been watching a few Mimic auctions on ebay because I'm hoping to snatch one soon. I sold mine a few months ago when I was in need of money and have been regretting it ever since. She did go to a memeber here, so that makes me happy. Anyway, one of the auctions I was watching ended last night for $220!!!! I can't believe she went that high!! Congrats to the seller :p, but I hope this was a one-time thing................I really can't afford $200 for a pony.:| Then again, it is evilbay, which can be totally unpredictable.:shock:
 
OMG! really? That's a lot high, I don't understand why people bid the way they do. No way does she stay that high, I'm not worried about that, even though I don't have her yet.
 
Some sellers have all the luck! Seriously, I've had such bad luck selling on eBay that if I put my Mimic up for sale, she'll probably go for $15! :p
 
Are they all selling like that? Or just that one?
 
Have you tried asking on the TP want board for a Mimic? I find it easier to get fair deals here a lot more so than on eBay.
 
That is really high for Mimic... doesn't she usually go for around $80 or so?
 
you know that's so funny, because the other day i was thinking, i've never laid on on a real mimic and i'd sure like to have one. O_O but not at that price!!! lol

Just the one so far. The last few that I've watched ended anywhere from $80ish to $140ish. I just thought it was a little insane......:delighted:
 
Jeez, I bought my Mimic about 5 years ago for $20. And sold her for $40 about 3 years ago. Ouch.
