Mexican ponies

I get so excited when a pony from Mexico arrives. The seller I use is always very reliable and the ponies arrive safely and quickly......BUT.....they are always so dirty! I really don't mind though, it is so rewarding to clean up a dirty pony and see it glow with new life. Today I received Mexican Prince Emerald and I couldn't believe how grubby she (he) was. His tail was almost grey. After washing him and conditioning his hair it came out a beautiful soft pink again. I feel like I have given new life to an old pony! I swear it is much more rewarding doing that than it is receiving a brand new, top conditioned pony in the mail. I just wish I had taken before and after photos.......

I know what seller you mean - his ponies always turn out so nicely! I think like 90% of my Mexicans came from him, and they're all in VGC when they're cleaned.
