Meet & Greet for the Fair

I was wondering, who all wants to get together for a meal while at the fair? Anyone want to work on the arrangments like where for lunch or dinner and what time and where at?

There are basically these meals to cover:
Friday - Dinner
Saturday - Lunch & Dinner
Sunday - Lunch

I'd like to meet up with a lot of you guys.

I'd be up to getting together for a dinner with other collectors possibly. In the past my lunches have been really quick (if I eat it at all) because I'm in a hurry to get back to the Fair. Last year Girlbuffalo and I got so wrapped up in all the hustle and bustle of the Fair that we didn't have a chance to eat anything until dinner on the Saturday. I don't think I'll do that again! :naughty:
 
What SweetTune said. It's usually really hard to get away for lunch. We closed up for lunch in previous years and either people didn't want to leave, or they couldn't get in to a restaurant and eat and get back in a decent amount of time, and then missed some activities. I usually con someone into grabbing me a bite and bringing it back. Tee hee! :mrgreen:
 
I would be up for it. I may be very lonely this year as I am not selling and it looks like my husband will not be able to come (I will definately find out in about 1 wk). So I may be looking for some to hang out with!!
 
Hmmm... I'd be up for dinner, I imagine.

Lunch-wise, the last few cons I've been at, the people running the dealer's room said, "here's the list of restaurants we're going to today, here's a copy of the menu. If you would like us to pick you up something, circle your selections, put enough money in the envelope to cover it, and write your name on the envelope. We'll be leaving at X time to go get food."

Worked pretty well, I guess. Kinda negates the idea of sitting around and talking in a restaurant during meal times, though. lol :D
