unfortunately I have to say, I'm a little upset by this whole Junko Mizuno thing. this is why:

Mizuno's drawing style, which mixes childish sweetness and cuteness with blood and terror has been termed a Gothic kawaii or kawaii noir style.

We don't want blood and terror in MLP. Childish sweetness and cuteness should be its ONLY thing, we don't need the blood and terror.

It seems that Hasbro has decided to make a distinct difference in catering to their collectors and to their younger girl 3-6 target group. By doing the art ponies they are intended for adult fans. The core 7 and the new styling ar targeted at their 3-6 age range group.

oh my word, I am sitting here drooling all over the place wish I was able to have gone! I have got to make it to a pony fair someday, that just looks like too much fun! I bet lots of opportunity to spend A LOT of money too.... thanks for sharing the photos!! gave me an idea of what a Pony Fair looked like!
