This was created for my 4 yer old daughter whom loves the ponies. I handmade her a table, yes built it myself at her level. Sanded it, painted it, and handpainted every little piece on the table as a pony village. I used the G3 playsets, thanks to squirtsquirt for helping w/ the finds, to create a play area for G3's... I painted a stone pathway for the scooters to drive and each playhouse has its on individual unique area. There are flowers outside and even a pony fountain. A fence runs along some of the property and a few insects and bugs have also found their way to it. The ponies have a great time playing outside, rolling through the town, to the cotton candy store, the dress shop or playing princess' at the castle. The ponies love it, and so do my 4 girls!!!! Each house is velcroed down (ideal for my 2 year old not to destroy it), some small pieces i decided to crazy glue down also. It is set and is not going anywhere, no matter how much my 2 year old pulls on it. It is finally finished, took me about a week to complete the painting, but it is done. I am just waiting on the new amusement park to come out so i can do an extension of a country fair. My husband did ask me what i wa going to do when the girls don't play with it anymore, I said "Grandkids".... Enjoy the pictures.....You also get to see my 4 year olds "pony room". Fun,Fun,Fun

Looks like something Hasbro would have included with their playsets, but better. Oh I bet your daughter will have such a good time playing with it. I would have loved to have had that when I was little. Ponies can bring the best out of people!

The end results look fabulous! I'm sure your daughters will spend hours playing with it, for years to come.

aww

it looks great!

that "Tak" on the end of your title... that wouldn't be S.K. related, would it?

If not, nm.

O.M.G. You have got to be the COOLEST pony mom - EVER! That is so friggin' awesome and I am so jealous! What an amazing table - and an amazing room in general. Starcatcher painted on the wall?!?

I love love love how all the buildings have different interiors - it's like you've "extended" the playset itself, now that whole area feels like part of the building! Is everything glued down? Or are the pieces removable? I imagine they'll make quite a wreck of it after a day of playing! ^_^

Now you'll have to attach pony material all around the edges to hide the legs and get some rubbermaid type containers to put underneath for pony storage! *L*

That is awesome. You did a great job! I want one! *Waaaah!*

It is awesome. Unbelievable. I was gonna say send it to Hasbro and tell them to make one, but then I remembered they did. They had that playmat that had places for the cafe, etc... But they made it out of material that you couldn't get the creases out of, so it was virtually unusable. (It was like Tyvek, I think)
I guess we got it out of the points program. I can't remember!!!!
Does anyone else remember?

Anyway, yours is so much cuter! (not to mention functional)
What a dream room for your little pony princesses!

That is really adorable! How spoiled is she?? I'm sure all her friends are going to be so jealous, even if they don't collect ponies. Just make sure to take plenty of pictures, so she'll have them to treasure when she's older!

And try to sneak a couple when she's playing, so that will make the "special" memories come back to life.

I wish I could do something like that...my poor ponies! And Isabelle's ponies, all lying on the floor, hair messed up...

That's one sweet town!:wow:
Cotton Candy's Cafe looks like what Madam Puddifoot's romantic atmosphere cafe in Harry Potter could have looked like! ;)
