IS there a SDCC pony this year?

It will be the same as the MLP fair "exclusive", according to all I have read. So far no leaks, though.

Where'd you hear that? I so far have heard zilch on either the Fair or SDCC ponies. I haven't seen leaks of it on Taobao or elsewhere, unless the "black tie Pinkie Pie" is it.

I'm too lazy to look it up, since it's been a while ago now, but a discussion somewhere on the arena is where I got that idea in my head. People were saying that at last year's Fair Q&A, Hasbro said the Fair and the SDCC will have the same pony from now on. *however*, that's second hand info, and Summer (MLP Fair coordinator) isn't allowed to breathe a word about the pony, so there's still a chance they won't be the same.

if that black Taobao Pinkie Pie is it, I like her, but not for $50! Someone over there also speculated (wishful thinking only) that perhaps it will be a real crystal (as in, fine glass, not glittery plastic) pony. I could go for that. :LOL:

Summer confirmed "black tie Pinkie" is NOT the fair pony.

Oh, I'm glad to hear that crystal Pinkie and Wysteria are going to get a general release.

I also am glad that Black Tie Pinkie is not the exclusive.....although I still really want her. *fingers crossed my Taobao arena pal comes through*

A glass crystal pony would be strange. I would get her, but I would be sad about her not being a brushable.

I had a dream that it was Daring Doo with all of her accessories. I'm still hoping it's her. lol

Daring Do would be so sick! I honestly have no idea who, I think a Changeling would be very unique though not expecting it. Since both of these only appeared in one episode it would be unlikely it will probably be Vinyl Scratch aka DJ-Pon3.
