I've been trying to figure out who on earth this So-Soft (?) baby pony is. I found her at the flea market for $1.50 and I've been insanely curious about her since. xP Can anyone help me out?

Edit: Just found out who she is! Soaky Doaky! <3 Any ideas on what she's worth?

Her symbol is a frog wrapped up in a towel.
