I've been trying to remember the name of these toy mermaids I l-o-v-e-d when I was a kid. These girls went everywhere with me! I can't remember what happened to them but I'd love to find them again. I thought it's worth a shot asking you all because so many you are toy collectors and might know what I'm talking about.
Alright lemmie trying to describe them:
The first one was a plastic mermaid doll with a molded light blue mermaid tail. The tail had gems stuck on it and they might have light up. She was peachy colored and had lots blonde hair. I remember she would sing because she would wake me up in the middle of the night and I would give her a good whack on the head and yell "Shut your mermouth!!" She was a little odd looking because her plastic tail pulled up almost to her neck.
The second one looked like a giant My Pretty Mermaid. She had dark/sky blue and it also had gems. Her tail only went up half way and she had a molded shell bra. She had electric blonde/yellow hair with a pink streak. She was chubby and had that sweet open mouth smile a lot of baby dolls have.
I had them when I was a kid so they were made in the 80s/90s.
Thanks for any help on finding my childhood dolls
