The TP is hosting another small version of the infamous hunt which will make this the tenth year! This hunt will take place throughout this spooky October month and you are welcome to join! This hunt will be a celebration of the 10th anniversary, by running past hunt steps with a twist to make them a bit different!
If any of you are familiar with past hunts you’ll remember the crazy fun and the silliness we enjoy. We always have great time hunting together. This game takes guts, creativeness, dare and sometimes public humiliation. LOL! There are many things that you’ll be asked to do that you’d never imagine. But the main goal of the hunt is to have fun, meet new people and step out of your comfort zone.

Please read the following carefully so you know what is going on.
Object:
The object of the hunt is to complete the most steps and bonuses to become the hunter with the highest points at the end. You will be required to be creative, daring and go to places and do things you would not normally do. You will be asked to take a certain pony/ponies and compete the required task, upload your photo, and post the photo in the specific thread. This all has to be done within certain time requirements. Each photo will require My Little Ponies in it. It will ask for any~(no specifically named) adults, a few babies, etc. In order to play it will be a good idea to have a few G1 adults, G1 babies and G3 ponies (there may be a step that requires a G4, but if you don't have one, feel free to replace with other gens, just know you won't receive full points).
Entries:
There are 4 main steps, 2 bonus steps and a Grand Finale Step! (7 photos all together)

Points:
Each entry (if it is completed and meets requirements) is worth basic points. These points will increase with every step.
There will be regular points given for each entry and extra points for the extremely gutsy. If you do not complete a step as required, you will be judged as such. If your photo falls under sneaky you will be given only 50% of the total and NO extra points.
Points will not be revealed until the end of the hunt.
Spooky Steps:
Each main step will also have extra points which vary and may require creativity and dare.
Note: extra points are optional and NO sneaky points will be granted in the extra points available--it is all or none when it comes to gaining extra points.

All Steps end within 72 hours of post time and the next step or bonus begins after that.
Each step will be harder then the last so be prepared.
A step example from last year~
A photo of a G3 pony INSIDE a real carved pumpkin.
*Must be obvious that it’s real and it must be carved.
Extra points: if the pony has pumpkin guts and seeds on it.
More Extra points: if the pumpkin is lit up with a real candle (no lights)

Bonus Scares:
Bonus Scares are worth half the previous step points.
They are usually quick and easy so you will only have 24 hours from posting time to turn them in. They will be posted in between the steps.

People’s Choice
After the main hunt is complete and the hunt winners are announces we will move on to the People’s choice award.
Each hunter will pick ONE of their photos from the steps or bonuses and enter it into People’s Choice. The entire MLP community will then be able to vote for their favorite photo. This is a super fun part of the contest that gives everyone a second chance.

Hunt begins on October 13th!!
